New Years' Breakfast — Packed With A Punch!

If you’ve had a night of partying, you'll need plenty of protein — also some veggies that offer antioxidants to cleanse that liver!  Steamed chard heats up quite nicely in the oven at 400 and the leaves dry up just a bit.  The remaining components are organic hard-cooked eggs, turkey bacon, sweet potato cubes and a dollop of a bright, creamy dip made by Nutty but Nice from almonds, lemon and garlic .   Check it out and have a very Happy New Year!
