A Coffee A Day Keeps The Doctor Away

Coffee is one of those frequently disputed beverages, either as health enhancing or inhibiting.  I love my coffee like most and it is one of those items that should be organic since coffee beans are highly sprayed with pesticides.

There are people who feel better with coffee and these people tend to be fast caffeine metabolizers.  Those who are slow processors will feel jittery, agitated and potentially have sleep interference.

Coffee has the following benefits:  improves cognitive performance, assists with burning body fat, improves physical performance, helps to lower the risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes, a major disease in our society.

One cup of coffee contains:
    •    Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
    •    Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)
    •    Manganese and Potassium
    •    Magnesium and Niacin (B3)
    •
And it is rich in antioxidants!  How should you take your coffee?  Black, Bullett-proof style with MCT or coconut oil and grass fed butter or organic, ideally grass-fed cream (just a drop!).
