Keto or No Keto

Hot topic, very trendy, BUT, for special populations & for a limited time.  The liver, heart & gallbladder are very much involved in processing, utilizing & degrading fats.  An overload can be dangerous resulting in fatty liver, coronary artery disease, gallbladder inflammation and potential removal.
