Herbs — Great Defense for the Flu Season

I found fresh organic marjoram, sage and thyme at the market and decided to create a breakfast out of it all. Here’s the recipe:


Sauté minced herbs (above), scallion, red pepper, and fresh turmeric in 1 tsp butter.

Add diced olives, pickle (I use vinegar-free), a slice of turkey bacon, a teaspoon of walnuts, and a teaspoon sundried tomato.

Place on top of fresh almond ricotta (which has no gums or additives) and serve with toasted coconut wraps.

What a delicious and nutritious concoction! — loaded with anti-oxidants and natural antibiotics.
