Preparing for Flu and Cold Season
It’s flu and cold season. How shall we prepare to face the onslaught?
This delicious combo has green beans, which boost the immune system and fennel, which aids in diuresis of toxins. The scallion, turmeric and ginger are potent antioxidants with immune-boosting properties. These delightful herbs and vegetables are oven roasted with a combination of grass fed butter and coconut oil. The fats help with release of disease-fighting properties in the turmeric and ginger. Oh, and my 100 year old black pan roasts foods to perfection!
