A Bouquet of Veggies

What do these all have in common? Antioxidants, vitamins, minerals — all are co-factors to keep our human machine running smoothly. Co-factors support internal processes as well as aid in the digestion of proteins, fats and carbs. The tip here is to add a little fat and acid to turn on the powerful effects of the turmeric and ginger. I love a combo of coconut oil and grass-fed butter, topped with a splash of cloudy apple cider vinegar. Delish!
