Fun Friday Food!

I love experimenting with #newfoodproducts that meet my rather strict standards – few ingredients, no #yeast, ideally no gums. If carb, must have 3 grams #fiber and less than 6 grams sugar.

The Real Coconut Tortillas (available Whole Foods, Lazy Acres, online) not only meet the criteria, but are versatile as wraps or toasted like crispbread. Dress them up with salt, sprinkle of herbs/spices and bake 350 til crisp-takes only a few minutes.

My #cilantro salad is a great detox option – reach out for the rest of the goodies on top – non-dairy, good protein, clean and very delicious!
