Pasta Sauce The Easy Way

In my family, the preference is for no chunks, except me!  I grew up in an Italian neighborhood and could not wait for Sunday dinner at my best friend’s home where the sauce took days.  While I do prefer and occasionally make the traditional simmer for hours sauce, this option is super simple!

Use 1 tsp dried basil, oregano and parsley, along with ¼ tsp garlic powder to 1# organic meat-in this case #Bison which has higher #omega3s than beef. 1-2 cans of organic tomato sauce.

Best to purchase small containers of #driedorganicherbs as they lose potency and can begin to grow mold within a few months.  Store in cool, dark area.
