Appointments are available in-person in San Diego, CA or by telehealth using  Phone consultations are also available.

I have established close working relationships in Ojai,Santa Barbara and San Diego, CA, where I now reside.  I also maintain close connection with clients, colleagues and medical professionals in Boston and maintain a MA license.

Initial Consultation:  60 minutes, $200 (includes comprehensive chart and lab review prior to meeting). 
Follow-up Consultation: $100
Package of 4 follow-up sessions: $300
Package of 8 follow-up sessions: $560

Payable by cash, check, HSA or credit card


Do you accept insurance?  
While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement cannot be guaranteed as it depends upon individual insurance companies.

What is your policy regarding cancellations or rescheduling?

How do I order supplements?
Please visit the Resources page to order vitamins and supplements from companies that provide responsibly sourced and warehoused products.

What if I haven’t had an appointment in over a year?
Due to the comprehensive nature of my practice, the appointment would be considered an initial appointment to allow for a thorough review of any medical tests, conditions and life changes.

Instructions for New Patients:


Health Appraisal

New patients should fill out the online Registration and Health Appraisal forms above and submit them three days prior to your initial appointment.  Our forms are HIPPA compliant and secure (read our HIPPA POLICY). If available, also provide labs and medical visits within the past six months.
