Appointments are available in-person in Santa Barbara, CA or by telehealth using doxy.me.  Phone consultations are also available.

I have established close working relationships in Ojai and in Santa Barbara, CA, where I now reside.  I also maintain close connection with clients, colleagues and medical professionals in Boston and maintain a MA license.

Initial Consultation:  60 minutes, $150. 
Follow-up Consultation:  30 minutes, $75
Package of 4 follow-up sessions: $270
Package of 8 follow-up sessions: $510

Payable by cash, check, HSA or credit card

New patients should download the Registration and Initial Health Appraisal forms above.  Please fill them out and return them three days prior to your initial appointment.  If available, also provide labs and medical visits within the past six months.

FAQ’s:

Do you accept insurance?  
While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement cannot be guaranteed as it depends upon individual insurance companies.

What if I haven’t had an appointment in over a year?
Due to the comprehensive nature of my practice, the appointment would be considered an initial appointment to allow for a thorough review of any medical tests, conditions and life changes.
